    Can hear people but my microphone wont work (XBOX ONE)


    i can not talk through my mic but i can hear through it the mute button will light up and evreything but my mic still wont work i have hard reset my xbox lots of times and 3 different ways it would be very happy if someone could fix this it could be my controller
    but idk but if it is i will not be a happy gamer

    One MIC. STATIC from players. Not on TV

    My xbox One microphone has a few issues.

    1. Works fine for other players to hear me.

    2. I can hear people/mute/soundup down works.

    3. Problem: When friends talk it comes threw microphone so statically I cannot hear him.

    4.When mic is unplugged I can hear him threw the tv speakers just fine.

    Any ideas? is this a microphone problem? Anyway a router problem?

    Im on Cable internet

    Hi, I just set up everything and updated the controller. I can hear the audio through my headset, but the miccrophone doesn't work? Like when im in a xbox live deathmatch, my microphone icon wont highlight to indicate its working. Please help

    I can not turn the volume up on my Xbox one s

    My headset is compatible with Xbox one. I plugged my headset in to my Apple device and it worked. I also have tried the headset with both controllers for my Xbox and I did not hear anything. Is there Anything you can think of that could allow me to use the headset on the Xbox? When I plug the headset In to my controller i hear nothing. When I try to start a party on my Xbox it says that we can’t find a microphone for these people.

    The headsets are compatible with the Xbox. I have used Xbox microphones as well as third party microphones that all work on other devices. I should also note that I can hear everything on the headset, but i cannot be heard on my headsets.

    I have the wireless and the mic monitoring does not work properly. I got it at max and I can't hear myself. You have to talk into the microphone for it to capture anything. And everyone complains they can hear every thing on my end, like people talking, clattering etc.
