Can't get mic working

I've tried everything to get my mic to work. I can hear people but I can't be heard.

Been sent hear by the Xbox live chat team. I've tried every trick in the book, even got myself a new controller and headset but still won't work.

Can anyone help??

Xbox One Stereo Headset almost not peaking voice

I bought xbox one 1tb edition and it was without chat headset so I decided to buy Stereo Headset from Microsoft and after I've conneted it and start playing with friends they sad that can barely hear me. I have to speak very loud like I am in crowded center
of the city. Most of the time I play at night when everybody sleeps so it's not working for me at all. I've tried all of my headsets for iPhone and Sony mobile headsets - same result. Then I decided to get a try with simple chat headset that sold separately
and bought it - it works like a charm comparing with stereo headset but it can only play chat sound without game sounds. Now I have two headsets with no any that works for my needs. I've read on internet that low sensitivity of Microsoft Stereo Headset is
a common problem for a lot of people but Microsoft didn't do anything by now. So the question is - how can I solve this problem with low sensitivity? I believe it's a problem of the adapter, so it could be solved with software update but will it be any soon
or I can just throw away this Stereo Headset?

I can't chat in party or game with oem chat headset and i recently purchased the headset adapter and the official xbox stereo headset, same problem. I can hear people in party and game chat, yet they can't hear me.

My controller is updated.

I first had this issue during the titanfall beta...in a match, everything's good, i can hear friends and they can hear me, out of the blue they can't hear me anymore. Hasn't worked since.

I've tried everything, no effect. My new controller arrives today. maybe it's a controller issue. I'll let everyone know.

I was preview program as well.

I'm also having an issue with the party chat functionality. My system will let me join a party but I cannot hear my party talking nor can the other members of the party hear me. I've tried doing the factory reset multiple times and have updated my controllers
yet the problem still exist. It doesn't matter if I use my headset or try to use the kinect. Nothing can be heard by either party. Please let me know what I have to do to rectify this situation.
