Can hardly use my one now.

This has been happening the past few days, I turn on my system and the green Xbox loading screen appears (the one with 3 dots) stays like that a bit, then it just goes black screen.

I have tried hard resetting the system by holding the power button down, unplugging the power brick for a while, messing with the hdmi cables and stuff. Nothing is working. The system runs great otherwise, no freezing nothing. This is the only prob I have
had with it since I got it a few months ago.

But this is REALLY ANNOYING.

Anyone had this before? Help would be very much appreciated

Xbox one dashboard redesign ?

I bought a tablet around Christmas just to use with my One. Now that I have it I hardly use my computer at home and hardly use the tablet for the One lol

Credits are not deposited until you either have at least 1,000 pending and request a deposit or you have at least 5,000 pending and they are automatically deposited. If you only have 250 pending, they will remain pending until you have either of those amounts.

 

This indeed is a very odd behavior of your One and I can fully understand your frustration experiencing such problems.

So as I understand you this problem is always present the last three days and the system is not working, it only was working perfectly before? Or is this happening from time to time the last three days?

Anyway. I would suggest you to try the following troubleshooting guides:

1. I recommend you to try resetting the grafic settings as first step. For this you hold the eject and the powerbutton simultaneously to start the console until it gives you a beep sound and then powers up. This will start the console in a resolution of
640x480px. If this is working for you, you may then go to settings "audio and display" and setup your grafic again to your needs.

2. If this is not fixing your issue, you may then should follow the steps of this guide support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-solution to get your console back working.
This may lead you to the OSUDT
support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

This should at least fix the issue.

3. If even the OSUDT does NOT fix it, you may have your console serviced. FOr this you may wish to contact the support by phone directly, the number can be found at

Ah ok, I see what you mean. Don't let you be irritated by not being able to search for the dashboard version information. Supposing you are on the latest system software use the OSUDT2 with the version "6.2.11511.0 (xb_rel_1409.140829-1829) fre" which is
the latest version released.

I guess the other steps were not successfully then?
