Can get past the guest pass

The xbox one has asked us to enter a guest pass to allow me to give him access to roblox.

If he set the passcode he doesnt remember doing it. Because of this i am unable to login my account.

I signed him out, to hopefully sign in that way and the guest pass option has come up still.

Now we are unable to sign anyone in, after trying all options on the internet it seems that only way to get around this is to do a hard reset!!!

I am hoping this isnt the case, can you please advise.
