Lol,you are not going to get an xbox one x as a replacement for a xbox one s.

You'll either get the same console back or a replacement xbox one s which wont be a new console either.

Im a good fan and defender of the XBOX. Allways present on Xboxlive, Gamersyde.com and jeuxactu.com, jeuxvideo.com to said good things, debate, and defend the xbox against bad accusations. I was on the First xbox, the 360, the One, and next on the X.

You converted me since 2002. I bought it at the launch at heavy price, after some mounth MS made a reduction on the first Xbox, and sent me 2 games and one controller. I'll never forget that. But becarefull and keep going.

Are you returning a purchase? if so, then yes. All you need to do is to include everything you received in its original packaging and attach the return label to the shipping box. Make sure there are no other labels on the shipping box.

You will need the shipping label. If you are unable to print the label at home, you may be able to visit a local store that offers printing services. I used Kinko's personally when my printer was down, to print things from email.
