    Anybody get their Preorder bonus from Rewards yet?

    I got 2 of the 4 rewards they owe me, can't get them to answer me as to why I am not getting my other rewards points.

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    Please note for future reference that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process activity, so your purchase made on the 25th has not been processed.

    Hi there; This sounds like a question for the Xbox LIVE Rewards support forum, found

    here    . I do know that there were no rewards given out in August, and if you bought your gold subscription some other time, keep in mind that the rewards don't get credited until the current subscription ends and the new one starts. As for the achievements,
    Rewards checks your eligibility once or twice a month and then give you the credit for it at the end of the month. If I remember correctly, the movies, if they qualify, get credited to the punchcard and you must complete the punchcard for the reward, which
    you'll get after the punchcard time period ends.
