Can connect to xbox one - not 360

Hi,

I can sign in with xbox one and my live account, but not my xbox 360. I keep getting problem with credentials message.

I have cleared system cache, checked updates, restarted.

Any help please?

Will this work ?

If the PS3 is going surely you can use that HDMI cable and connect the Xbox one to it.

One of the inputs is fooked on my amp ,so at the moment I'm having to switch HDMI from ps3 to 360 , bit of a pain .

So far the amp is taking ..

So I was thinking if the sky box goes the 360 could go there . How are you connecting to 360 to the Xbox one ?

Xbox one

You can connect your 360 to the Xbox One using the HDMI passthrough not USB.

Hi there,

I had this problem before with my xbox. The way I sorted it was by removing all the cables from the xbox and reconnecting them all back in. A few of my friends also had this problem.

If this does not work try and look into port forwarding.

I had this problem before.Here is what i did. First I restarted my internet router for 30 seconds.This did not work for me.Second,I pulled out all the cables out the xbox (including the kinect ) for 3 minutes total.Finally, I deleted all the cache and cookies
out the xbox.These should fix the problem.If not,you should contact Microsoft Support.Hope this works!

I just hope I can connect my Xbox into my Xbox 360 and connect that to my Xbox One for a totally Xbox orgasmic experience.

Hopefully I can connect my Kinect to my Kinect 2 which will be connected to my Xbox One which is connected to my Xbox 360 which is connected to my Xbox to record this fantastic event.

You can connect the 360 to the HDMI In port on the Xbox One. From there, start it up and say "Xbox Snap TV" to snap the 360 to the side of the Xbox One game.

if you are experiencing issues connecting to Xbox Live then please try the steps on the following support pages:

Xbox 360:

Xbox One:

Both pages, will have several things to try to get it working.

When connection is working and if you have Xbox Live Gold then you can set up Cloud storage on the 360 and upload any save games to that, so the Xbox One (if you are using the same exact Xbox Live Account) can access those.

Keep in mind that only a selection of the 360 games are backwards compatible and that 360 and One versions of the same game might not be able to use the same save game.
