Can connect to xbox live but cannot find any game servers

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select
   Network settings.
6. Select detailed network statistics.

Let us know your Latency, Download speed and upload speed.

Plugging in your Xbox to your router is still a step you should try out. It can help us figure out whether the WIFI connection is just not strong enough. It could be a distance issue. I recommend moving your console closer to the router so that you can
hook up your console via ethernet cable.

Try a hard restart on your console and restart you internet connection

Absolutely nothing advised working
