    Can cloud save data corrupt and if so Is it fixable?


    I ask this as I have come across an issue with elden ring where no matter what solutions I am provided be that by Bandi Namco support or every YouTube video I can find nothing will work I am soft locked on the title screen and not even switching consoles is working.

    When you deleted the save data did you also delete it from the cloud save storage?

    If the save data is corrupt, it will need to be deleted from the cloud as well or else the corrupted data will be uploaded back.

    Before reinstalling please try and delete the saved data of the game from your console. Corrupt Saved data can cause the problem. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open the game again

    Once a save is Corrupted it's gone bye bye. It can happen for weird reasons. It isn't really fixable.

    with all the issues caused by this game, remember to backup your save profile data save it to a flashdrive or on the cloud, then you can copy it back if it gets corrupt.
