Can cars be hacked/stolen from My Cars/Garage?

Hi everyone, hoping someone can provide feedback. My boy was logged in playing Forza Horizon 3 on this XBOX One S and during play when we went to his "MY Cars", he noticed that about 5 of his high priced rides were no longer there.

Anyone experience this before? If so, is it hacked? Or is there a way to get them back?

Appreciate any gamer feedback.

The game even tells you this in the online load screens. Most cars can be stolen and stored in your garage and thus become your property. The high end cars can not be stolen and stored, they have to be bought normally. Cars you steal will always be outfitted
with a tracker when you park them in your garage (you still need to buy insurance for it though).

But that is a good question.... I have not tried to steal a police vehicle so I do not know if they will stay.

Update. We uninstalled, then reinstalled and he got back all but 2 cars (Nissan GTR and a Ferrari FXXK). Any ideas how we might get those cars back? Curious if we keep uninstalling/reinstalling (since it got us most of the cars back the first attempt).

Yes sir. I'm talking about custom car in his garage. Not the default car that get's stolen twice.

I have the $400,000 mansion with 10 car garage. It doesn't even allow expensive cars in it that are stolen with trackers on it. Just gets a warning pulling up to garage door saying cant park it.

it must not of been insured. Did you purchase it off a website or just steal it and park it into your garage? Purchased cars come with insurance and a tracker. Stolen cars, when parked in your garage only recieve a tracker. Hope this helps

10 cars is the max you can have. you can have the garage only, but not the apt only. the garages come with 2 cars, 6 cars, and 10 cars. and you can also buy 2 to 3 bikes. every 2 car garage looks the same, and the same for 6 car and 10 car garages. you can
only own 1 property at a time.
