Hello please i need help

I am in South Africa and im using my vodacom sim so subscribe then i i lost it and bought new one, i i t using it to subscribe but it is not working saying error or your previous purchases is declining your purchase

for a subscription it might be best to immediately cancel the subscription, that usually will show what will be refunded for the time that was remaining for the subscription.
