    Got xbox with Xbox Live Gold pass - purchase and downloaded a few games.

    Yesterday I setup family and added childs account to my new organiser account

    Went in today and tried to download a game that was advertised "free" for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.

    Got to final page and I get this message:

    "this purchase channel requires a billing account. please add a valid payment instrument. you will not be charged for a free item"

    I added a credit card to the child account ( the one trying to purchase ) - Get the same message.

    I added a credit card to the organiser account - Get the same message

    I rebooted the xbox - Get the same message

    I selected "Change Payment Options" and added the same credit card again - Get the same message

    I selected "Change Payment Options" and added the same credit card again (for a 3rd time) - Get the same message

    How do I download the [mod removed] game??? Jesus... I'm losing my mind... this is way too hard.
