    No it will not. You need a dedicated graphics card with onboard encoders which most laptops don't have

    What is she planning to play? Because that laptop is not going to do it no matter what for the vast majority of games unless you're doing the cloud

    This is a machine designed for basic office work and online, it's not designed to do anything more strenuous than Youtube

    I would say the video card/encoder it uses would be more important. It needs to use one of the below encoders and will depend what the video card the laptop has will depend if it will be good for it.
