    Can anyone tell me why my kids cant log into their profiles


    All of a sudden my kids cant log into their profile on Xbox one. I am being told there is something wrong and to log in and make changes, but have no idea what needs to be changed? Really need to know why this is, kids are pissed.

    how come i cant log into another profile on my xbox one

    all of a sudden my kids cant log into their profile on the xbox one. nothing i do will work, can anyone help me out on this. please, my kids want to play their minecraft but cant log into their profiles, I keep getting told there is something wrong, but
    cant find anything.

    Anyone can help me out!! I cant log into my xbox account from my xbox dont know y, it tells me that my email or paswoord are incorrect but i can log in my computer what can i do!! I already reset my pasword ant it did no work!!

    The best place to go is to sign in at account.microsoft.com with their accounts and a box should pop up once the account is signed in and it should tell you what needs to be done.

    When I try to log into one of their profiles i get this on the screen: FIX THIS ON THE WEB Theres a problem with you account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back and sign in.

    I have gone in, checked everything I can think of and nothing seems to work. Everything is the same on my kids profiles. Any ideas on what i need to do so other profiles will work on my xbox one S

    did you sign in with there accounts email and password at the account.live.com website and did it bring up a box when first signed in?
