    cant figure out how to get the # symbol when logging into wifi.

    Help..... Cann't find the full stop on my sign in key board..

    Trying to get my little boys Xbox live going, I got an account but when I try to sign in it asks for my e-mail address. How every I can not see the full stop on the key board on the screen and can not switch to the symbol key board.

    There should be a "Symbols" button located somewhere on the on-screen keyboard on Xbox. The '#' character would be found in there.

    The symbol list should also be opened by pressing the Left Trigger while the keyboard is up.

    what is 0x87DD000F? For I can not sign into my xbox one when i start it up.

    I turn my xbox one on then it tells me I'm signed in then it suddenly signs me out. Then when I try to sign back in via dash board it tells me that it couldn't sign me in and try again in a few minutes. Is something going on with xbox live it's self or something?
