    This is the worst system ever. I have enough problems creating accounts at work with out this rubbish. I just want to create an account for my children. But now I have 3 accounts for me and I can't activate my sons. I have the other son crying cos he wants
    a go. What the heck is going on here? No way of contacting Microsoft. as they helpfully suggest a forum.

    Sent in my xbox one for repair...... but....

    can anyone here tell me how long it might take before I get it back? I filed it and sent it in under same system repair.... and these forums are full of horror stories about how people are not getting their xbox ones back anytime soon

    I moved to New Zealnd from the UK and can't change my country on my Zune or Xbox account. Can anyone tell me how to get this done. I hate Microsoft.....

    map pass is not working

    i phoned microsoft this morning they told me that i can play on the crimson maps after 2pm(UK time) went on halo 4 at 2:30pm & still can't go on the maps i contact microsoft about it again now they tell me in could take 2 days before i can use the new maps.
