Discus and support Can anyone point me in the direction in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Of a Playstation, cause this is just beyond ridiculous.     Can anyone point me in the direction


    Of a Playstation, cause this is just beyond ridiculous. I was online for about an hour, after waiting 6 hours to get on, and then got disconnected about 3 hours ago and haven't been able to get back on. I was being patient but I'm over that now please
    fix your *** Microsoft, and compensate us for this mess.

    Is this related to you unable to get access to your xbox live acc due to an incorrect password?

    If it is so, then what u need to do is log on to your microsoft acc on the web from your computer and go into advance security settings. Once there you will need to find an option saying 'create app password' . Click on it and u will be given a set of alphabetic
    password. Enter that password on your xbox console and your all set to go.
