I tried to install eFootball 2023 here on my end since I also have an Xbox One S and it works just fine which means it's not the games and it's your device itself.

The last step is resetting the console and removing everything, Gff. This will uninstall all of your games and apps but you can reinstall them later on.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on then try launching the game again.

If it has happened to me with Warzone 2 and eFootball 2023, which already come I think well developed for the X series, but if I play FiFA 22 XS or Resident Evil 3 the new version, and other games then I have no problem.
