Can anyone help with Xbox One S issue.

Hi Community, I connected my xbox one s to 4k tv, xbox is ON but NO display. Then I tried changing hdmi cables and connected to 22 inch monitor, then also screen is blank. Then I saw the xbox support, written as hold xbox and eject button, so the display comes in 640p. Connected to 4k tv & done as said. My display came in 640p, So I changed resolution to 4k & 1080p , screen goes blank for 15 seconds and comes back to 640p. Finally, got changed to 720p resolution and red lines were all over the screen. Tried with 22 inch monitor 1080p,720p resolution it runs with red lines. So, I have reset the xbox one S, still the same result. In 640p I can't see any red lines, changing resolution and monitors red lines comes again. Can anyone help me with this, what might have gone wrong or what to do further or solution for this?

Go to "Display & Sound" in the setting menu. Select "TV connection" and set it to anything except auto-select. I think the tv and console are having trouble communicating which makes it select incorrectly. From there select the right resolution for your tv and problem solved.

Check your HDMI port if a pin is missing or off. The issue might be hardware since you have already performed a factory reset and it persists

Im actually having this same issue but twitch works fine on my xbox one s. can anyone help me figure this out?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

If this is happening with multiple consoles the issue can be with your network connection. Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

Can anyone help with Xbox One S issue.
