Can anyone help me?

So, literally two days before Christmas my 360 got the Red Ring. And the power brick... burnt out. Whether the console is still operational or not, I do not know.

On Christmas day, I got an Xbox One and set it up, however all my known email / password combos led to old accounts of mine with no relevance. My actual Live account I can't get into; I know its name, its password, just not the email.

So since my brother's Xbox Elite power brick would not work on my Original Xbox I switched our memory storage and accessed my user list's on his working Elite. Boom. There was my account. I go to sign in, and of course it wants my email. The one thing I
don't have.

Which left me in the dilemma of whether to buy a new power brick for old xbox or not. For I've always signed into my Live account, no email needed for like six years, but now I've switched storage--were I to somehow get my fried xbox working again, would
it still want the email anyway? The one I don't know of.

Long story short, I can't get my old live account back on my Xbox One. Because I can't remember the email. So ring them? It's the only last solution, right? Right, but I'm pretty sure most of the real info like date of birth etc. etc I made up at the time...

If anyone can instruct me on how to move on from here I would deeply appreciate it. Somehow there's this magical email account that's slipped through my mind that is the key here, but I can't get it--so need to know what I can do otherwise.

Have you checked the Xbox Marketplace? Did a quick search and found it. I wouldn't by the NTSC version as it won't work on a UK console since those are PAL formatted and usually you can't play one format game on a different format console.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for assistance on this issue keeping you from downloading your games.

Have you tried by any chance downloading by being connected wirelessly? How about resetting your network connection by turning off and unplugging the console and then disconnecting your network hardware for 2 minutes?

If your network has been ok so far, I would also suggest this great general troubleshooting step we have called a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.
