CAN ANYONE HELP ME???

Hi. My lad has asked me for a game called monster jam path of destruction which i cant seam to find in shops, and the only ones online are NSTC. Do you know anywhere i may be able to get this game or will a NSTC game work on a UK console? If not was the
game ever released in the UK?

I've just had a look online, and according to the web, the game will work on UK consoles.

Have you checked the Xbox Marketplace? Did a quick search and found it. I wouldn't by the NTSC version as it won't work on a UK console since those are PAL formatted and usually you can't play one format game on a different format console.

I just checked the UK regional marketplace at www.xbox.com/en-GB and it was released in the UK but is not available on the UK marketplace.

Don't I repeat don't get the NTSC version. If searching online try to type in the title of the game followed by PAL or even Region Free though it is rare some games that are released are not region locked. (mainly triple A titles like CoD, Halo etc.) If
it says NTSC I will almost gurantee it won't work.

Ive been told to check the game on Play-asia.com to see if its region locked and it says its not. Its NSTC-UC and PAL it states?

I cant seam to find the game ANYWHERE in the uk and its on marketplace but you cant buy it or anything for some reason :/

You can buy the game from Amazon, and you may even find a copy on ebay.

But when you do buy it from Amazon/Ebay, make sure that it is in the correct format (PAL for UK). Otherwise you probably won't be able to use the disc.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for assistance on this issue keeping you from downloading your games.

Have you tried by any chance downloading by being connected wirelessly? How about resetting your network connection by turning off and unplugging the console and then disconnecting your network hardware for 2 minutes?

If your network has been ok so far, I would also suggest this great general troubleshooting step we have called a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.

Follow the steps here on How
to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox Oneand let us know how that helps with the issue.
