Can anyone help me with reverting my xbox accounts permanent suspension?

Hi all, i have recieved a permanent suspension on an account that i have had for around 7 years and i have no idea why. The thing is i did absolutely nothing wrong and after all this time and progress made i have now lost all of it. Is there anything i can do to get it back. Please!

You can try to appeal the decision by logging on the enforcement page here https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history.

Bear in mind, you are responsible for what happens on your account, even if someone else was using it.

Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle bans. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

Hi, yes i had already appealed and it got denied. But i dont understand why they dont tell me why its been denied or banned in the first place. Any way to contact enforcement directly, or get in contact with someone who could lift the suspension?

Hello, I have received a permanent suspension on my account and I do not understand why. I tried checking my enforcement history but it will not let me log in. If anyone can help i would really appreciate it as I want to get back to playing with my friends.

Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.
