I have an Xbox one and cannot check the console! So frustrated with this crap!

No one here can tell you.

Console bans aren't issued lightly & are usually given because of a extremely serious offence or because one or more accounts on that console have had numerous suspensions in the past.

Head over to enforcement.xbox.com and you can see the reason why the account has been banned. You can also file a case review if you feel the reason for suspension is not justified. They'll review the case and unban if it was a mistake on their part.

Console bans are given for the worst/repeated offenses to the terms of service and are only given when the console has been confirmed to be used to break the code of conduct. As such console bans are permanent and not reversed for any reason.

The enforcement team is the only one who deals with bans/suspensions and they can only be contacted via the case review process. However due to the above console bans are not eligible for case review.

If you dont think you personally did anything and anyone else has access to/uses your console then you might want speak with them to see what they did. Either way though you are responsible for all activity on your console so if someone else who uses your
console did something to get it banned then you are still held responsible for that.

Console bans are never given for "no reason". Console bans are given for severe/multiple violations of the terms of service and code of conduct and are not handed out lightly.

The only people that handle bans/suspensions are the enforcement team. The only way to contact the enforcement team is by filing for a case review.

Console bans are not eligible for case review.

If you want to continue playing online you will need to get another Xbox that has not been console banned. That is your only option.
