    can anyone help me i am having trouble with my xbox one S. Its not turning on i have tried reseting it,restarting it and turning it off and left it for a hour can someone please help me?

    Error code 0x80073d55

    I have been unable to sign on to xbox live because the error code 0x80073d55 keeps on popping up on my screen I have tried restarting it turning it off and pretty much everything else if someone can help me please do.

    Xbox one s keeps turning off after an hour

    My Xbox one s keeps turning off after an hour I've been to settings and turned off 1 hour automatic shut down but still it keeps turning off I thought it my be over heating so I had it cleaned but no problems please help

    Sorry to hear it. If your console is plugged into a power bar try plugging it into a wall socket to see if that helps. Xbox One consoles have their own built in surge protector so plugging it into a surge protector could limit the amount of power the console
    gets causing this issue.

    If plugging directly to a wall socket does not help then you may need to set up a
    repair of the console via this link

    I am having trouble with my Hard Drive Transfer Cable

    Having trouble with this cable as well. I have tried this like a hundred times already. I am trying to run the memory from a 120gb hd to a 250gb s hd. I have turned the xbox on then put the cable in and then attached the hard drive but still no pop up. The
    cable has been lent to be by a friend and its the older one with the disk.

    I am having trouble with my external hard drive on my xbox one and ever since that new update my xbox one wont recognize that my external hard drive is plugged in I have tried the trouble shooting steps and nothing seems to work and my external hard drive
