    Can anyone get help? Gift Card Redemtion Fortnite V Bucks Card


    I have an issue which is fairly complicated so I need to talk to an agent. We redeemed a gift card to an old account by mistake and I am finding it next to impossible to get the help we need. We were told to ask for a refund so we can redeem to the proper
    account, however we were denied. I just want the v bucks my son and I redeemed to a ghost account which we own moved to the account he actually uses. I am not technically savy and redeemed them to a microsoft account (my sons email) that is not linked to his
    x box instead of the account we did link to his x box (which is my email). So the v bucks are sitting in an account of our and he can not use them in his game. Any ideas, microsoft is next to impossible to get a hold of and we have been disconnected in the
    middle of a call twice. Not impressed. I realize this was our mistake but surely there is some way to fix it???

    To buy V-Bucks, you can follow these steps:

    Purchase V-Bucks from the Fortnite store or a trusted retailer.

    When you complete your purchase, you will receive a gift card code.

    Give the gift card code to your friend.

    Your friend will be able to redeem the gift card code in the Fortnite store. Once you redeem the code, the V-Bucks will be added to your Fortnite account.

    I've tried it and if you have money on the gift card and it is redeemed on your account you can by V-bucks on Fortnite and get the V-bucks right away.

    Yes you can indeed. After you redeemed the gift card, you just go to fortnite and buy v-bucks (you can also buy vbucks on the Microsoft store).
