    Hi I have been trying to reach out for the last 9 months,

    Hi GallantKillerk,

    Without providing any personal identifying information (ex. support advocate names, your contact information, etc), can you let us know how old this support ticket is and whether it is still active or if it has been closed for inactivity?

    From the email you provided, it looks like you submitted a support request for a Repair Order and they have escalated it and they did let you know that if you need additional help with your ticket, you will need to contact Xbox Support using the Virtual Agent and reference your support request number (7004525735). Try this method and let us know if you're able to get ahold of support.

    Actually, you can use your old account's content as long as you have the old account loaded onto your console. If the DLC is UK-licensable, then you can use from your UK account. Better, right?

    My questions is, why isnt this trailer on Xbox Live? You can download the live action trailers from Skyrim, Reach, ODST, but not this one....anyone know why?

    (so UK account you must actually be in UK)
