Can anyone download backwards compatible games atm?

Can anyone download backwards compatible games at the moment? Im trying to download mw2 but it says "your purchase cannot be completed at this time".

Is this happening to anyone else?

All my friends are playing it without me and im stuck playing fortnite solos

Red Dead Redemption Not Available

Red Dead went backwards compatible today but having previously owned the game I do not have the option to download it to my one. I can not even see it as an option to buy in the backwards compatible section of the xbox ones game store. Anyone else having
this problem or know how to fix it?

problems downloading a profile for backward compatibility

nearly a month ago had this problem, I wanted to download my profile for backwards compatible Xbox 360 games and I can not, I have no profile to play backward compatible games, and less play online please help !!!!

As some additional information. to the answer already specified.

The backward compatible game while it is the same game the download is basically different version of the game, being the backward compatible version of the game. This is also the reason why inserting a backward compatible game via disc will result in the
backward compatible version being downloaded (disk is still required to start the game)

So in order for you to download that backward compatible version you will have to login to the Xbox Live Account that is used on the 360, which allows you to download backward compatible games that you own.

You can see a list of compatible games on this list. If the game is backwards-compatible, then follow the usual steps to download it.

The backward compatible version of Borderlands includes the DLC with it, so there is no need to download it. As for the cloud storage, only game saves can be stored in the cloud. Some backward compatible games include DLC that you can download to the Xbox One, others like Borderlands include it in game.
