can anyone confirm if friends list is working yet

mine been down since about 2 central time and still nothing. cant even access smartglass.

Multiplayers been working brilliantly for me over the last couple of weeks, but i've still not attempted the SP since losing progress last time - can anyone confirm if its fixed yet? cheers!

Yea...so this has been up since about 2 PM central time, and it's still not fixed? Maybe they should update this "improved" UI back to what the 360 looks like so it'll...you know...actually work? I mean the slow typing and sloppy placement of everything
and avatars meaning nothing and not being able to type out gamer tags anymore, and the store not being a store anymore with stuff scattered in places nobody can find anyway, but I can deal with all that....sure....this is just icing on the top.

It sucks, sure, but I think we'll all be fine in the long run. Have patience - these things take time; after all, Rome wasn't built in a day.

 

I will check when I get home on my Xbox 360 slim console. This HAS happened in the past and it also effects the 360.

 

Between this, terrible UI, and Party Chat failures, disconnects, dropouts, and all around tomfoolery, I'm beginning to think that Microsoft didn't work from the "Ground Up" on this "Groundbreaking Next Generation in Console Gaming" but rather built this
straight off of all of the things that didn't work on the Xbox 360. I miss the Xbox Original. It didnt have nearly as many problems, and I can testify to that. Get your game together M$, we're waiting.

I agree with Fox. The Xbox 360 UI works very well. On the Xbox 1 smart glass app it doesn't tell you how many friends you have, it just list them as thumbnails. I think this site needs to be more properly maintained since it's run by the best and biggest
software company in the world. I'm on my Xbox 360 right now cuz the Xbox 1 has a kind of hieroglyphs or Windows 8 style. Probably why Xbox 1 was missing so many XBL Features at launch, the Windows 8 styled UI had trouble accepting the Xbox language. My friends
are all there so they must have fixed it.

 

Correction. When I bring up my friends list on Xbox 360, it shows all my friends. But when I click on several of my friends to check out their friends lists, it says "no friends available". I know they haven't just gone to the privacy settings to hide their
friends.

I'm on my Xbox 1 right now and the Xbox 1 UI all it says is this:

Friends

We are unable to show your friends at the moment.

How come the Xbox 360 UI works better than the Xbox 1? Did they take a too Windows 8 approach to it? I assume they will have it fixed by the morning. It's Monday evening for Australia and NZ.

Yes I tried that link and going to my profile on this site which is the official Xbox site. According to IE11, I get stuck in this site trying to log me out over and over and over trying to bring up the log in screen. It never reaches it. IE just keeps on
refreshing it.
