As TheJackah and Smwutches have pointed out, the best way to get in contact with Enforcement team is to post on the proper enforcement forums. Since this situation is unique, I also highly recommend keeping contact with the contracting company to work on
this issue.

With all the screenshots you have, if I get approval from the forum team to pursue raising the case on behalf of you, would you mind sending a Private Message with those Imgur URL's so that I can pass those to XBLPET?

However yes, you should be receiving e-mails when moderation actions are taken upon your posts (excluding edits).

If this isn't happening, I would go ahead and post a thread on your behalf, however, I'm not aware of any previous actions or internal notes by the XBLPET - so we would need to wait for a member of the forum team to approve me to do this, as well as your
permission, of course.

Thanks to both of you for your replies. Unfortunately, I have checked my private messages and emails and there is no mention of any communications with the XBLPET. I know my email works as i got notifications about both of your replies.

Oh well, i guess i am just another victim of microsoft's overzealous banhammer.
