Can anyone assist?

I have written multiple posts into the black hole that is the XBLPET forum. I am yet to hear a single response regarding a ban i have received.

Now before you all tell me to "post in the forum" or "you probably deserved it", i have and i do not respectively.

My GT was perma banned outright without warnings for "ilegitiamate gameplay of an unreleased title" and "Breach of a testing NDA". Neither of which are true as shown in my email from
[Mod Removed] who are testing the game i have supposedly leaked [Mod removed] email is sent from the
[Mod Removed]

In trying to clear my name i have had to dig up the leakers personal details, chat to them and have them admit it was them, send screenshots to
[Mod Removed] and they have since ben banned, but my account remains banned.

I have been in touch with support between 8-10 times and have multiple transcripts, which dont really aid me other than linking me back to the XBLPETs forum where my posts never see light of day.

Anyway, thank you if you have read this far and i hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks for raising your concerns here today.

After having looked over the information you've provided, I'm afraid to inform you that, there isn't much that can be done.

If your posts in the Enforcement forum do not become visible, it's either because:

• You've posted a thread regarding said issue multiple times
• The enforcement action is of a confidential nature, thus cannot be posted publicly
  
• You have been abusive in the Enforcement forums previously

Judging by what has been said in your initial post, it would appear the second bullet-point would be the most likely of reasons, as it is of a sensitive and confidential nature if the enforcement action is regarding an unreleased game - this particularly
becomes apparent when you're sharing private e-mail screenshots into the public domain, providing the contents of the e-mail to non-invited third-parties, so to speak.

The systems that are in place, are in place for a reason.

To summarise, your only course of action is to go through the Enforcement forum to XBLPET - other than that there isn't anything else that can be done. Xbox Support do not handle the Enforcement side of things here.

Apologies that I couldn't provide any happier information for you, but I do hope this gets resolved appropriately.

 

I just wanted to add that in some cases the enforcement team do not respond through the forum, but through private messages or email. You can check for private messages here -

Thanks to both of you for your replies. Unfortunately, I have checked my private messages and emails and there is no mention of any communications with the XBLPET. I know my email works as i got notifications about both of your replies.

Oh well, i guess i am just another victim of microsoft's overzealous banhammer.

I have opened the link you sent just to make sure i wasn't missing anything and there are no replies there. Only the messages i have sent (to most XBLPET members in frustration) and the original 2 replies which were copy/paste messages telling me i'd breached

i should also add that due to the Enforcement forums being moderated, my posts never seem to make it through moderation. i was told i should receive an email to say whether the post was approved OR declined and i never seem to receive either which is weird.

However yes, you should be receiving e-mails when moderation actions are taken upon your posts (excluding edits).

If this isn't happening, I would go ahead and post a thread on your behalf, however, I'm not aware of any previous actions or internal notes by the XBLPET - so we would need to wait for a member of the forum team to approve me to do this, as well as your
permission, of course.

The gamer tag that was banned was Louix BlenkTron, but i have a horrible feeling that as soon as XBLPET see it they just delete the messages.

thats also a video a twitter friend of mine has made. it gives the jist of my case but i have much more detailed emails to/from people like
[Mod Removed] saying i took no part in any pre-release testing and was under no NDA.

But whatever info you need, i am willing to provide. I have nothing to hide.

You have the general idea. The reasons they gave were "Illegitimate gameplay of an unreleased title" and "Breach of an NDA" neither of which are true. MS Support verified the activity on my account prior to the ban and i have an email from the Pre-release
test company confirming i am not on their testers list.

I even investigated all the leakers/origins and everything i could to aid their investigation,

I reckon it'd be a simple reversal but i dont seem to be able to get XBLPET to look at my case.

Were you actually playing the game before it was released?

 

I was not and have not played the game. I was at work on my lunch break when i saw the below. i finished at 5pm then went to work my Part time job. by the time i was home at around 11pm i had been banned without having turned my Xbox on for over 24hrs.

It came about when i saw someone leak the menu screen on reddit. i linked the reddit page to a friend who tweeted it and thanked me for the leak. I reckon a misunderstanding has come about from that and I have been credited as the source. The original poster
has been banned also, but i even took a screenshot of the page shortly after to show that i was simply a redditor who saw it and even commented on the post. I have an album of screenshots on Imgur with a short slide by slide story.
