    Can anybody help with with intial setup - offline using USB


    Can someone please help with initial setup. We do not have internet connection and have opted for the offline setup update onto USB. Have followed the process of downloading etc, put USB into Xbox. It seems to update as advised, make all the noises, reboots
    itself but then goes back to the screen asking me to choose my wireless network. This is where we were 48hrs ago.

    Problems connecting the internet.

    I just ran intial setup and it worked

    I am getting an error message saying i cannot download content with this rating eventhough i have all the security settings of and the console setting off in intial setup

    An internet connection is required for the first time setup of an Xbox One console, you can find out more details

    HERE    . If you don't have an internet connection at your location you might want to try to setup the console at another location and then bring it back home where you can use it in

    Offline Mode    .

    I fixed my sign in problem by going to System Setup, Run intial setup and then "Recover Account". Hope it works for you also.
