    does anybody have any ideas why I cnt get on xbox live to play halo 5 it's saying there is an error I've tried everything from resetting turning it off an on but still nothing my Internet connection is fine an I have credit on my gold account

    Xbox is saying that I don't have XBOX live gold, but it expires in 3 months

    My xbox live gold is expiring on 12 december this year. But I can not login to Fortnite since today because my xbox is saying that my xbox live has expired. Anybody with the same issue, and a solution?

    Hi there,

    just to be sure, regarding the 'different' account story, when you login at
    https://account.xbox.com/Profile     does it show a different Gamertag then when you login on the console? If that is the case then somehow multiple Xbox Live Accounts are connected to the same Microsoft Account and you will have to contact Xbox Support for
    advise/steps on how to solve that.

    Regarding the valid code used but not being able to use it, since it's a trial and since Support via Phone/Chat says nothing can be done, I'm not sure anybody in the forums will be able to assist either.

    The name of the creator of this file is not allowed on Xbox Live

    There is no Error all it reads is " The name of the creator of this file is not allowed on Xbox Live" but I'm able to play on halo How do I contact xbox Enforcement team so they can review my gamertag

    Xbox Live Status showed nothing down but I'm still getting the same error.

    Asks for password login

    Asks if I want to remember password

    Says I've successfully "Signed in to XBox Live"

    ...then immediately goes to error screen: 800705B4

    Halo 5

    I'm french and I've bought the new Halo 5.

    It was an error.... I did not knew there was no split screen like in the other Halo.

    More I ve decided to buy Xbox one only because of Halo 5...

    Now if Microsoft doesn't change this I'll stop to pay to access to live gold, and I'll sell my xbox one.
