    Can anybody help a Dad with parental controls please


    Hello

    Just got my 12 year old and Xbox one S.

    I set up pass key for purchases plus set web content for restricted adult content.

    1)On Xbox live when looking for games I can still search for 18 games like GTA. Is that normal that they still show up despite restrictions?

    2)Is there a way to block apps such as mixer, YouTube and all web content yet still connect to Xbox live?

    Thank you in advance, this is all new to me lol.

    a few days ago i signed up for xbox live rewards and i got a terms of use thing and my dad has parental control thing on my account and says it needs parental email to continue but my dad changed his email and i cant go online because of the terms of use
    please help me

    Have your Dad call Xbox support and they can setup a new account for the parental controls.

    Well when my dad enabled the parental controls he has since deactivated the parental controls on my account so they are off but it’s like they are still active and functioning while they are off and I’m not able to change anything on my accounts settings on the Xbox
