Can any one explain why my xbox sucks

Had my xbox one almost a year now but I still have the same problems I had since day one These are...

1.xbox locks up and only the xbox button on the controller works when I hard reset it fixes the problem but then I'm locked into a strict nat while my 360 ps3 and ps4 all have open nats.

2.apps load very slow especially party chat when a game is running to the point where it can take over 5mins to load even after closing the game and opening the app. Quitting the party app then reopening the app makes me appear in the party but no mic symbol
or no disconnected from party symbol is present.

3.constant notifications that "game is ready to play" when it's clearly in a loading screen pop up and even when I decline it it still pops up very annoying when I'm watching TV or youtube when I know the loading screen I'm in is longer than my show.

can anybody explain to me why i can't talk to my friends anymore just because grumpy kids who lost against me and my team on overwatch reported me?

can anybody explain to me why xbox are the only console stupid enough to do that to its players?

can anybody explain to me why i paid so much for games and an elite controller and headphones and an hard drive just so you'd ban me for no reason?

can anybody explain to me why i need to explain myself to you?

can anybody explain to me why i need to call you guys and chat with you so many times?

can anybody explain to me why nothing is happening and why you can't do **** about it?

can anybody explain to me why i need to create a post this long just to get the message across?

can anybody explain to me why nobody can explain to me why i was banned?

i think this is enough.

Personally haven't had any of these problems, for notifications the only thing a can think of suggestion is just to turn them off, hope you manage to find a solution

 

I've never had any of these problems, I would consider taking your console to a GAME shop and asking them to take a look at it!

 

are you using wireless, please try wired direct to the router and see if it improves.

 

Because its a piece of junk thats why. Get yourself a ps4

Nervous crayon, please elaborate on your statement and tell us why you believe a console made by people who make TVs is better than a console made by people who created an operating system and games to go with said operating system.

 

judging by the 2 consoles you would never guess it was MS who are in the OS business.

 

Couldn't agree more Boas BS5, the xbox one os is a clunky mess, a chore to navigate and the app thing for everything your want to do is just a joke.
