Can access Profile online but not on xbox? help please!

So I have been having this issue for a few weeks now. I can log into my account from here, but when I try to do it on my Xbox, it says that my password is incorrect, even though it is the same. I have tried to change both my password and email to try to
log in, but it continues to not work. I tried to talk to an Xbox support employee, they tried to help but ended up having me delete my profile, then hanging up on me mid call and ending the chat as well because they could not fix my problem. So now i cannot
re download my profile due to the password issue. If this has happened to anyone or if anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know, thank you!

Please Help!!!!

My live will not connect. ive deleted my profile and deleted the last update i downloaded. i changed my password online. now i can not redownload my profile. it starts to download to the hard drive and says cannot download profiles right now try again later.
come on man, just renewed my live. stuff isnt cheap, i want access to my profile! well i have access on here just not my xbox... the whole reason i spent 60 70 bucks toplay xbox live not write on an xbox forum..

trying to access fifa 13 online on ultimate team sais your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature?

This is an odd issue but one that has happened before. Let's hope the same fix for it then will work now. Please try clearing your cache 3 times then restart the console. After that you can try to redownload your gamertag.

ive just got my first xbox , downloaded my profile gone to play GTA 5 online and all i get is Your profile does not have permission to access gta online HELP please someone this is driving me nuts

Every time I try to play with the online features it says that my gamer profile has no permission to access online features, Help please!!!!!

Hello , sorry to hear you're having trouble with the console.

Please go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Access restrictions and uncheck the box that allows the ability to make new profiles on the console. This can only be controlled by you so once done sign out of your account and require a password or guest key to log back in.

To report a player's profile on the mobile app, go to the profile, select the More options (…) button, and then select Report.
