Can access games or network seetings on Xbox One

Had my Xbox one for 18 monthsa and everything has been fine until today. When I click on a game nothing at all happens. I am logged into xbox live and can access the net from the xbox. When i go to settings and try to access the Network Settings again nothing
happens - it does not take me ot any of the options. I have done hard resets but does not make nany difference.

rebooted

rebuilt xbox one

checked privcy settings

i did the MAC clean filter

i re booted router

i change router

still same PLEASE HELP ANY ONE

 

No access to "Configure Network"

Hello all,

I've a trouble with my Xbox 360. I try to configure my network to connect to Xbox Live but when I select Wired Network or Wireless Network (in network seetings menu) there is no Network configuration menu just a message saying that i've to connect my Xbox.

Do you know how to fixe this trouble ?

Please do another hard reset but this time...while the console is off.

Unplug both the power cable from the xbox one and also from the wall for at least 5-10 minutes.

Just let it sit....after 10 minutes, gently plug the power cord directly into the wall (not into a power strip or surge protector) and then plug the cord into the back of the xbox one.

Turn it on and comment back with thee results.

I did as you say and still no difference. I have tried everything so in the end have done a factory rest and currently going through the process of reinstalling everything.
