Because of the new update I have to sign in to my xbox live account using my email and password. Unfortunately I have forgotten both my email and password for my microsoft account. Havent had sign in to my microsoft account since i first made my account.

Xbox Live Confusion?

Xbox Live is free.

You can make a Gold account, or a Silver account.

The Gold account gives you access to access to play online, along with free monthly games and weekly deals. This has a fee.

The Silver account gives you access to Xbox Live and apps, but you just can't play online or get the free games. This is free.

Gold on 360 and One

I'm having some issues at the moment with Fifa 14 and multiple gold accounts on the XB1.

My account with Gold is on the XB1, my son who has XB360 in his bedroom also has gold. But after installing FIFA14 under my profile and then adding my sons XBL gold account, I can access the online part of the game, but my son gets the following message:

"your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature"

Should we both have access to FIFA14 online? Or is it restricted to the profile that downloaded it?

If you have forgotten your email and password then contact phone support to get help with the email. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they can give you the email associated with the gamertag.

If you think that your account has been compromised please contact Xbox Customer support on the phone and ask them to start an Unathorized Access claim. They will be able to research that and hopefully get your account back to you.

Hello,

If you can login to the account on the console then that just means you're logging in with the wrong e-mail and password.

If you can access your account on your console please go to Settings > System > Account > 3rd Tab (Your Information) > Account Security > Look to the right and you'll see the e-mail associated with your account.

Please login with that exact e-mail.

If you can't login to your account on the Xbox 360 either, then you will need to
contact phone support.

Only the account that has purchased gold can access gold deals. Since the child account would have access to gold because you are sharing it with them, they would not have access to gold deals. You can purchase the games on your account and they can access
them on theirs or you would need to add gold to their account.
