    Can a Staff or Administrator be able to change my Xbox LIVE Renewal Status please!?


    I need to remove my Credit Card details for certain reasons but it says I can't do that until I deactivate Xbox LIVE Auto-Renewal. When I go to Xbox.com/Accounts to deactivate it, I go to the cancel automatic payment button. When I get to the page that tells
    me my current Xbox LIVE membership and the On or Off options, it is already saying Off. So why does it then still say that I need to deactivate Auto-Renewal before removing my credit card details? Can a staff or administrator please either remove my Xbox LIVE
    membership or cancel the Auto-Renewal on my Xbox LIVE membership please!?

  3. Attention Xbox Staff. US to CANADA transfers should be able to include Gold Years Status!

    Dear Xbox Staff,

    I have currently been in the process of working with Xbox support to transfer over my US account to Canada. The staff has been great helping set up my profile, address change and payment issues. But after almost an hour and a half working with Kim S (who
    was amazing) I was not able to transfer my 6+ years of my Gold account. I know it sounds trivial, BUT as a gamer we love our achievements and status. Kim S even escalated the issue to the Advance Support Team to try and transfer my years over. My account was
    set up for automatic renewal and my CC was active, but it canceled my account on me.

    I find this unfair for the gaming community to lose their information or status just because we move locations. There are many military personnel that move around a lot as well, so I am sure there are others out there with my same concern.

    Please look into this matter and consider the longer hours and years gamers put into their game play and status. We should be entitled to keep our achievements no matter how little Xbox deems them.

    You may find your account is on auto renew,if you haven`t changed it,so it will renew automatically when your gold runs out.

    if you click "my account" on the top right of this page you should be able to check your status and how to renew your gold.
