Can a removed account use my billing info

There are two reasons you may not be able to remove billing information. 1) If you have an automatically renewing Gold membership then a valid payment method needs to be attached to the account. 2) If there is an outstanding balance. You can double check

For info why you cannot remove PayPal it is simple read the terms of use

While you have a billing account or an active membership on a payment method it must be replaced or wait till the membership expires and is off the payment method

Like all services you should read their terms for billing

Psn plus also has similar terms along with wow even PayPal for certain subscriptions services like auctions and buyer protection Once your membership is finished you can remove the payment method Or you can call support and remove the payment method by asking
for a prepaid code for the remaining time which will be sent in 4 business days

Also you can protect your profile by following those instructions or set passcode on your profile

I don't believe there is any way to remove your address as long as you're on a gold account whether you're using prepaid cards or not. It's used as a way of verifying ownership when you call support.
