    Hi All:

    I know this might be a weird question but I recently purchase Minecraft w/ Explorer pack for my boys. My oldest son, who doesn't play minecraft that often happen to redeem the Explorer pack code on his xbox account when it should have been redeem under
    my younger son.

    I'm not gamer so I'm assuming that my younger son can't access this explorer pack because it's in his brother account. Am I correct?

    if yes, I was wondering if there anyway if I ask MS if they can reverse the redemption code from my oldest son account and have my youngest son redeem on his account so he can use it.

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are looking to have the redemption of a code for Minecraft. Unfortunately, once a code is redeemed, the content that comes with it will remain on the account and can not be transferred/reversed.

    I don't have an xbox, and i got ultimate because of the cloud gaming feature.
    All you can do is use the cloud gaming feature on the account that the code was redeemed on. Once the code has been redeemed there is no way to reverse it.

    Unfortunately once the code is redeemed on an account it is not possible to reverse this as codes can only be redeemed once and they will forever be linked to the redeemed account.
