    Xbox live gold membership tunure system broken

    I first purchased xbox live in late December 2009, now 7 years later my tunure should read 7 as of two months ago, i also recently discovered that if a gold membership expires the tunure timer resets to zero. Why doesn't it just pause? So annoying for loyal
    customers like me who care about their gold number

    Can someone tell me why my Xbox is telling me my Xbox account JUST got communication banned from something a year ago but when I look it up on the website it says my gamer pic and I never even got a message from Xbox live the notification states that the start date is 3/18/2021 but yet it's 1/12/2022
