    Hello. I’ve been seeking answers for months now. Back in November 2021 I received a 3 day suspension, related to 'Communications and Broadcasting' I was supposed to sign in to the Enforcement website to find out the specific reason, and also have the opportunity to appeal whilst the suspension was active. The problem is I cannot sign in to the Enforcement website, it doesn’t matter what device or browser I use, I have tried them all and the result is always the same - after trying to sign in the page reloads and the sign in option is still there.

    I tried to sign in with a different account and it signed in straight away, therefore this issue is a specific problem with my account.

    Also, at the end of January 2022, I was removed from the Xbox Ambassador program. No reason was given for this either, if it was because of the 3 day suspension, I would have expected them to both occur around the same time.

    All I am asking for is help and answers here. I don’t know what I did wrong and cannot learn from something if I don’t know what I did in the first place.

    Just before the suspension, I joined Twitch to Stream and also celebrate my milestone of reaching 1,000,000 Gamerscore with a Completion Percentage of 100%. There was an option for text chat, no mic or camera was used. Some of the games I streamed are for a mature audience and my channel has the mature content warning. I wanted to one day turn my hobby into a career but after all of this happened I stopped streaming out of fear of suspensions, because I don’t know what I'm doing wrong.

    I have tried so much to get answers. The Enforcement email doesn’t support replies. The email stated Xbox Support don’t deal with Enforcement matters. I wrote a letter and sent it to Microsoft but never heard anything back. I created a Twitter and tried contacting Xbox Support, Xbox, Xbox Staff members, did not get anywhere.

    I have been an Xbox member over 10 years and wouldn’t want to break rules as I use Gaming as a form of Therapy for my health issues.

    Can a Microsoft Agent help me with this please? All I want is some answers.

    Hi,

    I have confirmed that the Xbox Enforcement loop has been resolved and any users who are experiencing enforcement actions should be able to login and submit case reviews.

    If there are any other problems related to accessing Xbox enforcement, please create another thread by asking a question at the top of this page.

    Hi Drew. It is too late. The damage is already done.

    1. The 1st suspension is unjustified. The Gamer Picture passed verification not just once but multiple times. I sometimes use previously used Gamer Pictures. Every Gamer Picture I have ever used passed verification. That's because they do not breach Terms and they were deemed appropriate. The Gamer Picture in question does not contain Nudity or Pornographic Material for which I am being accused of.

    2. They suspended me again for the same reason, but failed to provide me with information for the 1st suspension. Therefore this suspension is also unjustified. I have evidence of everything. They acknowledged the Enforcement website did not work. Also, the Gamer Picture was not removed after the 1st suspension.

    3. If you view my Enforcement Reputation, there are 0 Reports against me from other Users for every aspect. 0 Reports for Gamer Picture, 0 Reports for Behaviour, 0 Reports across the board.

    4. I did everything in my power to find out the cause of the 1st suspension, to prevent whatever it was I was supposed to have done.

    I have evidence to support everything I say. The suspensions and actions of Enforcement are unjustified and outright wrong. I explained everything to them, they didn’t acknowledge or listen to anything I said.

    I signed in, appealed and it was instantly denied. They don't want to listen. I am in Contact with multiple Legal Bodies, including Microsoft’s, and if nothing is done to help me resolve this I will be pursuing it in Court for Compensation and Damages. This ridiculous situation is unwarranted, the handling of the situation is outright poor, and it is causing me unnecessary stress and I already have enough of that with my health conditions.

    Facts and Evidence don’t lie. I would not be pursuing this if I did something wrong.

    Unfortunately, Xbox customer support including those on these forums are unable to address Enforcements such as bans and suspensions. Please navigate to Enforcement.Xbox.Com. Under the "How do I" section there is an article titled "How to submit a case review." This article includes steps on how to submit a case review through the Enforcement portal.

    But that requires the User to sign in, which I have stated I cannot do for reasons I do not know. From my above post:
