Can a hacker hack its victims xbox live accout?

Let say that a victim forget its email address and password but remember gamertag and some of its personal information. Will the hacker hack its microsoft accounts before its victim recover it? How hackers hack xbox live victim without known its email
address and password? Is [Mod Removed – Personal Information]? Will the victim microsoft be gone forever?

Accounts can be hacked but typically that happens on Xbox when gamers share some of their personal information. If you have a good email address and strong password your account should be relative safe.

To our knowledge for someone to hack someone elses account would mean the "victim" gave the "hacker" personal account info. Not saying they did but it's most likely
