Can 2 different gamertags have 2 different save files

Me and my brother want to by an Xbox one s together but i am wondering if i buy a single player campaign game on my account can it be played by him and if so will he have a different save file from me so we could both play the campaign separate

Do you lose your saved games if you delete or uninstall a game

Your game and your game's saved data are 2 different files. I believe you can see them both on your X1 in game management... as long as you only delete the game file itself and leave the game save data, then your game saves will stay there.

when I originally bought my xbox i signed up through the dashboard but when I joined online the computer gave me a different gamertag, now I have 2 accounts one thru xbox and a different 1online can I join up the 2 so I just have 1 gamertag or can I delete
the online 1 as the accounts show the same info and details just different gamertags

Two different gamertags would have two different save files.
