Camping is ruing the fun of multplayer games for me.

Propaganda is the best of the new maps.Could play it and only it.

 

@ZTROOPER - yes, camping on roofs that are difficult to get to is annoying when you're on the receiving end...

BUT...

1. If the game isn't supposed to be played like that then the game designers are at fault. If someone wants to exploit a map then good on them - they're using their brain.

2. There is always a way to overcome - I use Mortars to clear out the roof (as long as someone in my team protects me long enough to fire them).

 

I don't mind the rooftop camping in BF to be honest - it was intended by the designers and their are numerous ways to counter it.

It's when there isn't a way to counter it that it erks me the wrong way. Either from poor development or otherwise, it doesn't matter - it still makes for a less fun experience for whoever's on the receiving end. Anyone, IMO, who takes advantage of such
a broken aspect to get free kills is simply a jerk. If it really is the fault of the game designer, and was unintentional, then they should fix it post haste.

Sadly, I find most great game designers are often blinded by their own self-importance and how great they think their game is that they're not humble enough to notice their mistakes and correct them - a good example of this is Netherrealm Studios and Injustice
Gods Among Us. Although it's not a shooter, one look at the bad grammar and spelling in the character's bios tells you just how much they're not willing to fix even simple mistakes. A middle-schooler could do better!

Im sick of people crying about camping. Its just amazing how many people want everyone to play the exact same style running and gunning. Where is the fun of it when everyone is playing the exact same way? People used to cry in online RTS games when I actually
defended my base and didn't just gather up as many units as fast as I could and rush. This is no different. If someone is camping and they kill you then there's a simple solution. Come up with a tactic to take care of the camper. You know where their hiding,
so deal with it using a little imagination and stop crying that not everyone enjoys playing the game the same way you do.

Very true star. Some peps want to afk or sit in cod bo2 zombies lobbies and not ready up so the fame can proceed. Others just quit within 5 seconds of starting a gane. Everyone to their own style. Note I camp frequently but I move to different camping spots
if someone finds me not all campers go back to the same spot after dying unless its a very good spot.

 

That's what I do ^ I still get the net hate and messages from folks about being a camping n00b but I honestly lack the skill to play out like good players can. I cant run and gun, im just not good enough so I have to camp lol which pays off because I win
a few times

 

One of my NZ friends was renting COD BO2 last weekend and he managed to get up to rank 18 and 300 kills in only a few days. I got 350 kills in multiplayer and rank 25 only cuz I hardly play Multiplayer and have had the game since early last year. I usually
play Zombies lots and am TOP of the leader boards out of all my other friends. I don't get hate messages sometimes in Halo and COD, others say "Oooo, we got a camper" "where is..." if someone sends me mean hate messages I report it to Big Brother but I don't
really get them that much.

 

I always thought if it's a problem it takes care of itself. Gamers either generally have too short attention spans to sit around, or if they get kills someone will come after them. I've been on both sides. Kill streaks only last so long before an entire
team has it out for you, and on the flip side I go after those who do the same.

 

Sometimes when I camp (and even when I don't camp) I get messages from irate players, typically swearing at me for being a n00b camper. (Usually only when I play COD to be honest).

It makes my day when I get those messages because I know I've struck a nerve - and actually I'm more inclined to camp in games with those complaining players.

The best I've had is a 34-0 killstreak in Black Ops II - man you should have seen the messages I got after that. LOL

 

people play the game the way they want they paid for there game. nothing worst then listening to someone complain about say f#$king campers complaing about i it the whole time. best things on kill cams especially getting the last kill I come up on a guy
camping. laying down on the grround I would lay down behind him climb up between his legs with my gun pointing at his crotch and as soon as i have a chance to get a kill cam I shoot him in the nuts nothing better

 

Kill 1,2-run. Kill 1-2 run. Wash n repeat. Run away from the soldier. It's all fun...

C4

Tank

LAV

RGO

UCAV

Kamikaze quad/bike stuffed with c4
