    Thanks for all the support to the OP.

    I would take the game back to where I bought it for a refund if needed. Have lost my campaing progress once so just going to stay out of Multiplayer until I complete campaign.

    Have you tried using the game on another platform? How about the cloud, if you have xcloud?

    Sometimes it's just a save sync error.

    But unfortunately, if the save was corrupted and was not in the cloud, there is no way to recover.

    I am really sorry about that.
