Campaign Unplayable

So, I just got this game after the latest update and after installing the disc, loading the updates, loading the latest patch I then proceeded to watch the first 2 minutes some 40 times.

The dialogue does not play, lip sync is off, the com chatter is backwards, the team I'm supposed to follow stop a few feet away from the tent of stiff soldiers in front of invisible computers on invisible desks. Occasionally the vehicles appear, but I have
seen more tank treads going merrily down the street then I have actually seen the vehicle.

If I precede the team, frequently I will hear the dialogue that should have been said up in the building.

If they do actually make it to the tent, there is a (usually) unheard conversation and we can proceed to go on. Either the game pauses to load for a lengthy time when the walking robot thingy walks overhead, or it proceeds as normal.

If I make it that far, the street is green and white blocks and if you go on the street, you fall down into glorious glitched out tracers. The sidewalk is okay.

When I searched the web about the campaign, all I see are complaints about the multiplayer.

So, I guess I'll just create a thread for people to talk about the bugged-out, glitched-up campaign on the Xbox 360 and hope someone involved in the patching of the game stumbles across this.

campaign unplayable ?

I tried starting the first campaign and it just stays on loading screen never dose anything.. i tried halo 2, got past first few loading screens then on third it locked up and game crashed.

got it fixed.. had to delete the game.. and copied version off my brothers xbox works now.. guess was a bad install

 

I should have mentioned in the subject that this is the Xbox 360 version, but I can't find an edit "button".
