    Campaign of Carnage stuck at 1%


    Hello everyone

    Both early yesterday and this morning, I have been attempting to download the Borderlands 2 DLC Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage.

    I haven't been able to make any progress on it what-so-ever, due to it being stuck at 1% a few seconds after starting it.

    None of the other DLCs (Psycho, Mechromancer, Captain Scarlett, Hammerlock's Hunt) have had this issue; it is solely this DLC.

    I have exited to the Dashboard several times to let it download, but it doesn't increase; instead, it just disappears if I don't go to active downloads.

    This DLC had a lot of potential but IMO fell short.

    It and Pirate booty in no way came close to General Knoxx as we were lead to believe that ALL the DLC would.

    I quickly lost faith with Epic and their season pass as (IMO) there was only one piece of DLC that was even remotely worth it and I'm starting to see the same pattern with Gearbox.

    The problem with season passes is the Devs have all your money up front so they can deliver whatever they wish.

    It's the same as if you pay someone months in advance to cut your lawn, by the time they get around to cutting it your money is already long gone so in essence they feel like they are doing it for free, when they feel like they are doing it for free you
    get a half @ss job done.

    Hopefully gearbox will redeem themselves with the other two, at this point I am done with season passes, more and more they are proving to be not worth it.

    There are many issues that could cause this. Can you try these and see if they help?

    - Cancel and hard reset your console (hold the power button on the console until it powers off), and try again.

    - Cancel the download and cycle your router/modem and try again.

    - Cancel the download, clear the cache and try again.

    - Cancel, delete profile only, recover and try again.

    - All of these at once.

    Are you doing this from the in-game menus?

    it will now continue to 100%.

    I have to say I love the DLC so far. I haven't gotten too far into it tho but it's fun and crazy! Using my Siren AKA Ms.Corrosion Motion :) Mr Torgue is insane, I just wish they didn't bleep out all the curse words, don't see the point in a game like this
    but no big deal. Well, back to more carnage.
