Campaign data lost unexpectedly in halo infinite

Second time this month just caught halo infinite get about 4 or 5 hours in the game and the first time a loading screen froze I restarted the console and had to start all over the second time I ended the game turned the console off and the next day went to continue the game and the only option was new game please help Ive been with halo since day one read every book I must know how this ends
