Campaign Crashes Game

I am having an issue when playing this weekend. I have not tried to play for a week or two. I believe there was an update recently.

Anytime I try to play campaign or load a campaign the game crashes and I get sent back to the main screen of my xbox one. I tried restarting and it has not solved the issue. I have not tried to uninstall and reinstall the game.

Searching on Google it seems like others are having this same issue, they mention an update on the 22nd or one shortly before that, but there is no answer on a solution. I didn't see anything posted here and thought I would check if anyone else has this
issue or has heard of it along with a possible solution.

I have an xbox one s.

Campaign crashing?

Mine did it once. But well after a while I haven't had any issues. I was on it earlier and I haven't experienced anything wrong. I was also on a snow mission. I guess there was a lag on your console that caused this. Is it still doing the same thing?

Yeah, they've done an update already, but I know BF4 is still pretty buggy. You still had your autosave, right?

If power cycling your Xbox One isn't helping clear this issue up, a reinstall of the game is going to be your best next step. Please give that a try and if you're still having trouble, try disconnecting from Xbox Live and play the game offline to see if there's
any change with game crashes.

I uninstalled the game and re-installed. I disconnected from the internet, restarted my xbox one s and I have the same issue where it kicks me back to the home of xbox one and I have to start the game again. None of the suggestions worked.

Do you have a different profile on your Xbox One you can try using with the game to see if there's any change with that? Also, if you haven't already, are you able to try playing on a different Xbox One?

 

I finally was able to play a campaign. I couldn't start a new one where I was nor load a saved game including the auto save. I had to click on New Campaign to start a brand new campaign from the first one which seems to be the only way to get it to work.

Can you help me out? I can't play anything as it will simply crash. I've tried all the suggestions (delete profile, change profile, reinstall game, even factory reset), none worked.
